Age Restrictions: Participants must be [Insert minimum age] years old to compete.
Physical Fitness: Participants must be in good physical condition and able to meet the demands of the course.
Safety Equipment: Participants must wear a helmet, life jacket, and appropriate footwear throughout the event. Additional safety gear may be required for specific stages, such as gloves for the rock climbing section.
Medical Conditions: Participants with known medical conditions must inform the event organizers and may be required to provide medical clearance.

Course Rules: Participants must follow all marked course guidelines and instructions from event officials.
Sportsmanship: Participants are expected to exhibit good sportsmanship and respect for fellow competitors, volunteers, and the environment.
Equipment: Only authorized equipment is permitted.
Weather Conditions: The event may be delayed or canceled due to inclement weather. Participants will be notified of any changes to the event schedule.

Assumption of Risk: By participating in The Summer 2024, participants acknowledge and assume all risks associated with the event, including but not limited to injury, property damage, and death.
Waiver: All participants must sign a waiver of liability releasing the event organizers, sponsors, and volunteers from any and all claims arising from participation in the event.

Event Cancellation: In the event of a cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be notified as soon as possible.
Refunds: Refunds will be issued at the discretion of the event organizers and may be subject to certain conditions and fees.

Leave No Trace: Participants are responsible for respecting the environment and leaving the course in its original condition.
Waste Management: Participants must properly dispose of all waste.
